His consultative approach is based on years of experience as Regional Director of Business Development and Advisor Recruiting with two top tier broker- dealers, including 13 years with the largest independent broker-dealer, recruiting individual advisors, RIAs and branch offices both in California and in Florida. His expertise in product development and advisory programs allows him to work with you to find the best partner to support your business goals.

His goal is to provide you with the guidance and information you need to make a successful transition decision. With multiple contacts at the key firms, Kevin can offer you direct insight and information to help you choose the best solution among many.

A graduate of Cal State and Marymount College, Kevin lived in California for over 20 years and has recently moved back east to be closer to family in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
